Ramp From Bridge

A combined off/on ramp for Bus traffic connected the Salesforce Transbay Center to the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge. The ramp crossed Howard Street using a second suspension bridge in the foreground.

Once off the escalator one could look up to see a sign indicating upon which side one's bus would stop. This side was for "Odd Bays 01-37."

All the buses moved clockwise (when viewed from above) so that their doors would always open toward the inside pedestrian area. Only one bus was parked at this time on this Saturday.
