Faded letters had once graced the rail side of a chain link and wooden fence. Winter rains had washed most of the lettering away leaving behind a cryptic message.

The word BER was painted on the face of a chain link and wooden fence. The letters were crisp and well defined. Clearly they were drawn in the not-so-distant past.
