White flowers decorated the wall below the billboard, at the extreme right hand end of the mural.

The artist drew a mother by her daughter. The mother appeared to teach her daughter how to read. Notice how a tree grew from the book.

The title of the mural, "Mission Bernal," was drawn at the top right of the mural, just above a Clear Channel billboard.

The mother leaned on her arm. Her face was obscured by a tree branch. A window was ajar near her left ear.

A young girl stared intently at a book. Either being read to, or learning to read. Her left hand was behind a "Zip Car" placard.

A fox was asleep among flowers and parking signs.

Bright flowers were drawn on the wall next to the billboard.

The artist's signature was drawn in the lower right corner of the mural, near a cyclone fence, just across the sidewalk from Mission Street.
