"Girl" Mural, Artist: Bayne Gardner, Emerald Park, Eugene, Oregon
This mural, located in Emerald Park, Eugene, Oregon, featured a girl's face emerging from a pile of flowers.
The mural was painted using a yellow, blue, and purple theme.
The left side pile of flowers were partly hidden by a transparent window.
Like magic, the glass hid a chunk of flowers.
Below the right side window, words and symbols were drawn on the petals of the flowers.
One of the words was, "Shine."
A closer view of the woman's face illustrated how the illusion of depth was created using shading and black outlines.
A closer view of the flowers below the girl's face revealed many more words and designs hidden inside the flower petals.
Two of the words were,"Wookie," and "Dat frog."
An even closer view of the flowers revealed more designs (mostly floral and trees), and more words, "Jaxon Was here."
A sign on a nearby wall revealed that this mural was painted in, "River Road, Park And Recreation District,"
in Emerald Park, Eugene, Oregon.
