Excalibur 1976, San Diego, California
The sign read:
The statue rose like a small mountain between two buildings. A low fence was present to discourage people
from attempting to climb the sculpture.
A low hill was at the front near one corner of the fence. Raised rails on the metal floor were also
part of the exhibit.
The inner face of the low hill with downtown San Diego behind.
With Terry lending her height for scale, the tall mountain could be seen to be really tall, and it resembled a witch's hat.
The tall mountain leaned away from downtown and exhibited the intersection of two narrow pyramids.
The statue was located just outside the front entry into the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building in downtown
San Diego, California.
