The mural depicted a muscular young woman with a tattoo on her shoulder. The platform at the top had just been used to
complete this mural.

The tattoo on the shoulder of the young woman illustrated an anchor with the area code for San Francisco (415) on one
side and the area code for Oakland (510) on the other side.

In the lower right corner of the painting was the signature for Believe in People, a "-BIP-."
