What appeared to be dark marks marring the surface of the "White Light" sculpture, were in fact shadows cast from a nearby light pole.

The sign identifying this "White Light" sculpture was attached to the concrete directly below the sculpture. It read:

This "White Light" sculpture was painted in realistic colors. In addition to paint, ceramic buttons, small stones, and pieces of glass gave the dress a formal look.

The "White Light" statue stood on an elevated concrete pedestal in front of the "Solar Compass" Mural by Anthony Padilla.

Although the "White Light" appeared realistic, the hands appeared squashed against the woman's waist.

The woman in the "White Light" sculpture looked worried and off to her left as if afraid the honeycombs behind her might attack.

A closer view of the face of the "White Light" sculpture. Notice that her eyebrows were slots carved into her face. Not a technique any human would use.
