Emerald City 2008, Youth Mural Collective, As A Collaboration Form Of Art, In Eugene, Oregon

The entire mural can be viewed from the sidewalk across the East 13th Street.

A happy sun gazed down at the image of a bird and a snake, head to head as friends. That image was labeled:
"Unlikely Friendship."

A "Freedom" bus traveled down a river and almost hit a fish. That scene was framed and labeled, "Fieldtrip To Nirvana."

People danced on a drum-like stage under a banner that read, "Emerald City."

To the right of Emerald City was another frame, this one showed a bird wearing a top hat leading recyclables over a rainbow.

A framed image of a man by a forest reflected was labeled, "Universal Reflections." The odd thing about this
reflection was that above was a man with a forest, below was a man wearing a hat by a city with a ringed planet in the sky.

Under the heading, "Youth Mural Collective," was a list of artist names:

Below all the names of the youths was the Director's name:
