Moving Beyond Productions was founded in June 1998 by Colombian dancer and choreographer, Beatriz Helena Restrepo, and Swiss theater artist, Rettenmund.

Orange And Pink

The costumes worn by the dancers, in the Moving Beyond Productions contingent, were bright orange with pink putterfly wings.

The group perfoms in many events, from the Mission Stoop Fest, to the Carnaval SF VIP Party at the De Young, to Dia de Los Muertos Celebration.

Most of the dancers wore hats made up of many small silk sunflowers mixed with pink flowers.
