This 2009 scarecrow doll was found stuck into a pile of dirt and weeds just behind where new construction had begun to improve the area. Two people on motorcycles said they found the doll there too.

Abandoned doll on newsstand

A perfectly good doll was found abandoned in 2009 on a newsstand just a block behind where a band was performing.
