The Camarillo Chamber of Commerce was located right next to Dizdar Park .

The Camarillo Dental Building was home to several dentists.

Enoteca Toscana Wine Bistro was located right on the corner of Ventura Boulevard and Fir Street. Open for lunch and dinner.

A sign out front read:

Not only did Ventura Boulevard parallel US 101, it also provided several points of access to it.

For the most part, sidewalks were narrow. This was one of the few places with comfortably wide sidewalks. This was probably made possible by the elimination of parking places here.

Dorothy's Chuck Wagon Cafe advertised "10 kinds of sausage, 6 flavors of pancakes, We got what your want!" The walls were decorated with bumper stickers, small road signs, and jokes.

Antique Mall of Camarillo was right next to a bicycle lane.

An ambulance was parked outside a home just off of the main Ventura Boulevard.

Sushi Planet was a Japanese Sushi Bar and part of a chain with the same name. It was a bistro-style sushi bar with bar stools. It also had dining tables.

The Evangelical Free Church covers both the old and new testaments.

The lawn in front of the Burger King on South Arniell Road on the other side of Highway 101 was covered in political signs.

Centro Market was located with easy access to Highway 101.

A payday lending store called Urgent Money was located just off the freeway.

The Lube Shop was was closed on Sunday and surrounded by political posters on stands.

Good Shepherd Church advertised, "Soul Break Radio 98.3 FM M-F 12:30pm." Also many signs warned of limits and lack of responsibility in the parking lot.

A recycling booth was at the end of an alley behind a shopping center. It appeared to be closed on Sunday.

Arniell Road has only crossed Highway 101 since 2003.

A life-sized statue of Walter Brennan (no artist was credited) stood on the corner of Arniell Road and Ventura Boulevard.

Sidewalks in Camarillo varied from the wide to the narrow. Here was one section of sidewalk that mysteriously had trees planted right down the center of it.

P J's Boulevard Cafe had placed signs and seating on the sidewalk as if the public sidewalk were part of the private business.

Bella Victorian Vineyard was both a wine tasting room and a place to book weddings at the actual winery.

The Drive Through Market offered beer, wine, cigarettes and some groceries in a handy drive-through format. In years past this was a 1950s style drive-through hamburger joint.
