A sign pointed the way to the Bay Bridge Trail and destinations in Oakland and Emeryville accessible from it. The trail itself was a sidewalk built alongside the roadway when the new Oakland section of the Bay Bridge was built.

Zoe's Turtle

A small bronze sign was attached to the top of a concrete turtle. The sign read, "Zoe's Turtle." The turtle was missing its head.
