His father looked on and appeared interested.

An example of the classic undersea suit. A long hose attached to the suit to provide a constant
flow of fresh air. A cable attached to the suit to lower and raise the person inside.

Exhibits that described the kinds of flotsam and jetsam found in the Northern Oceans.

Another exhibit showed actual charts of the northwestern seas. The sign on the wall read:
"Charting A Safe Passage."

Fish swam in tanks in addition to all the educational materials describing undersea conservation.
Here was an orange fish swimming among fake undersea wrecks.
