Radio Controlled Boats
In Enchanted Forest A Children's Theme Park In Turner, Oregon A radio-controlled boat is a boat controlled remotely with radio control equipment. Electric sport boats are the most common type of boat amongst casual hobbyists. Hobby-quality boat speed generally start at around 20 mph and go up from there, and can be just as fast or faster than their internal-combustion counterparts, with the latest in lithium polymer and brushless motor technology. A young boy worked the controls at one of the radio-control stations. Beyond him were the mountains that bordered
the lake upon which the boats floated.

The control stations were numbered. Here were units 5 and 6. The station's steering wheel was shaped
like an old-timed ship's wheel.

The numbers on the control stations corresponded to numbers on the model ships. Ship number 2 was near a
factory on shore.

The lake was bounded by snow capped mountains. Four boats floated near a volcano and a light house.
The object was to bump the target. For example, if a boat bumped the target on the light house island,
the light house would shine.
