The Tree Davis Emblem Sculpture was in two parts. First was a large leaf which appeared to be made of hammered copper. Second was a half frame holding up that leaf, which appeared to be made of bronze. To the right of the sculpture was a box that (in the past) dispensed brochures that described the Davis Tree Walk.

A pivot connected the leaf to the stand. It almost looked as if, one time in the past, the leaf could rotate around the pivot.

The stem of the leaf was the other part of the leaf that was attached to the stand. This second attachment prevented the leaf from rotating.
