100 Willamette Street, A Eugene, Oregon Mural by artist Beau Stanton 2016
A face painted in a modern interpretation of religious iconography adorned the back of a theater.
The mural was high overhead and only visible from the LTD station below it.
The roofs of the LTD bus station cut off the bottom of the mural. The design was drawn as if
part of a much larger circular design.
A closer view of the design to the left of the face.
Scaffolding used to paint the image was stacked after the mural was done and now blocked view of part of it.
The left end of the mural as it appeared over the McDonald Theatre.
The entire mural as it appeared beyond and slightly above the downtown Eugene LTD (Lane Transit District) station.
A glimpse of the portion of the mural that depicted sun rays. A TV antenna stood in front of the rays.
The artists logo was visible in the lower left corner of the mural. Just below it was and EMX (Emerald Express) bus stopped to pick up passengers on their way to the University and Springfield.
