 The lips art car was parked backed up to a chain link fence. It had a sofa on top where folks could ride, and a domed plastic windshield with eye lashes to resemble eyes. The front of the car supported a pair of stuffed red-fabric lips.

 The lips art car was parked next to a piece of rug. On that rug was a spare pair of lips. Notice how the lips art car was covered in CDs which, from a distance, could resemble sequins.
