An empty beer bottle rested on the beach and was snuggled up close to a moss covered, and water soaked log. The reservoir was being drained so this bottle may have been there for a long time. Shortly after this shot was taken, this bottle was busted by a child tossing a miss-aimed stone.

Over in the day-use area, a picnic site was littered with boxes, cups and cans. It almost appeared as if someone had filled a garbage bag and it had burst on the way back to the car. Perhaps this litter had been left behind out of sheer frustration.

One of the day-use picnic tables had been abandoned with a soda bottle and an ice cream container left on it. Two plastic cups remained upside down on the ground just beyond the table. It almost appeared as if two folk had enjoyed themselves with their backs to the lake.

A few plastic bottles had been tossed or washed underneath one of the root monsters found along the beach. Those bottles almost looked like eggs laid by a female root monster. Perhaps next spring the beach might be littered with baby root monsters.
