One house was just peeking out from the forest next to the trail. Although it appeared small, it was just one part of a much larger house of which only the skylight was visible.

A pair of homes overlooked the meadow and the trail. The were identical and only differed in the colors of their chimneys.

Cascade Head Ranch Village

A road lead up to a place the sign called, "Cascade Head Ranch Village." It was a "Private Area" for "CHR Village Condos Owners & Guests Only," and there was "No Trespassing."
