A simple sign indicated the route (51), the destination (Eugene Station) and the route number (Bus Stop 647). But there was no phone number to call that would tell you when the next bus would arrive (The number was the main number for LTD, and resulted in a voice menu of choices, none of which were obvious).

The only seating at the bus stop were two small paddle shapes on either side of the sign that served as abbreviated benches.

A sign gave notice: "Attention Riders, This stop may not be served June 28." Graffiti on the fence behind read, "HBC Xz."

Two steel hoops bolted to the sidewalk alongside the fence provided bicycle parking.

Typical traffic on River Road southbound through the signal at Lynbrook. The speed limit along River Road at this point was 40 mph.

The scenery at the bus stop consisted of a former shopping center across the street, currently converted into a U-Haul rental facility.
